What We Do
The National Reconnaissance Battle Lab (NRBL), located in Fayetteville North Carolina, provides clients with the knowledge to plan for, install, operate, maintain, recover and post process data recovered from all aspects of technical solutions employed to attain positive outcomes to difficult tactical problems. We teach comprehensive courses in all types of technical surveillance to include, but not limited to, Audio, Video, Surreptitious Entry, and Tagging/Tracking/Locating (TTL) in realistic scenario based training augmented by classroom instruction. Our approach to technical surveillance: “Bring your own infrastructure” AND “Give a man a fish… feed him for a day, teach a man to fish… feed him for a lifetime”. We teach a man to fish. We are frank and candid in our instructional approach.
Who We Are
We are a small, dedicated corps of retired and former military Technical Surveillance Operators from the 1st SFOD (DELTA), 75th Ranger Regiment and USMC. ALL instructors at the NRBL have on-the-ground combat experience planning for, installing, operating and maintaining commercial and government classified technical surveillance systems. All of our instructors have worked directly with industry as well as on government classified technical surveillance systems with project managers and have had a positive impact on the ability of the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies to achieve the strategic objectives of this great nation.
