Vest Worn Antenna
The Vest Worn Antenna offers an effective, low-profile solution for any radio that operates in the range of 30-88 MHz (SINCGARS). Woven through the users vest or backpack, the antenna is out of the way and does not spotlight the wearer as a radio operator.
Standard issue antennas used with handheld radios are either the short ‘rubber duck’ or long blade antenna. The rubber duck antenna lacks range, while the blade antenna flops all over and gets caught on everything. The antenna comes standard in tan with a TNC connector for use with most handheld radios. No-cost options include black and a BNC connector.
